Our company provides a pickup and delivery summer storage service for college students across the United States. We work with college interns across the country to launch and manage local branches of Greenbox Storage at their universities.

Greenbox Storage has grown rapidly in just five years and continues to evolve. We’re looking for a Recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, someone who’s not afraid to step up and make an immediate impact. This role is commission-only, and you’ll play a critical role in helping us expand by recruiting 90 college interns over the next 2.5 months. Job Description: Recruiting Specialist

Are you results-driven, communicative, and experienced in recruiting? We’re looking for a self-starter to help us bring in talented college students to lead Greenbox Storage branches at campuses nationwide. As our Recruiting Specialist, you’ll manage job postings, source potential candidates, conduct first-round interviews, and hand off successful candidates to our team for final interviews. This is a performance-based role with a goal to hire 90 interns in the next 2.5 months. Each successful hire will earn you $500 in commission. $300 of the commission will be paid within two weeks of the intern signing their employment contract. The remaining $200 will be paid on June 15th, 2025 (after the intern has completed the majority of the internship).

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Recruiter: You’ve got a proven background in recruiting, especially in finding top talent for specialized roles.
  • Self-Motivated and Accountable: You’ll own the a large portion of the recruiting process.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear, timely communication with candidates is essential.
  • Goal-Oriented: You understand the pressure of meeting recruiting targets and have strategies to stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Use the job description we provide to post on relevant platforms and find motivated students interested in running a business on their campus.
  • Initial Interviews: Conduct first-round interviews to assess candidate fit and filter for high-potential interns.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the process.
  • Handoff for Final Interviews: Pass successful candidates to our team for final consideration.

Key Metrics

  • Hire Rate: Goal is to hire 90 interns over the next 2.5 months.
  • Commission: Earn $500 for every intern we hire that you provide us. Potential earnings of up to $45,000 by meeting our hiring target.
